SHAPE SHIFTING

Below is a list people Sylar has touched and has the ability to shapeshift into:
Female agent (canon), Emile Danko (canon), Sandra Bennet (canon), Agent Steve Donner (canon), various agents (canon), Agent Taub (canon), Noah Bennet (canon)..

Shape shifting: This ability allows Sylar to completely alter his appearance (including clothing/etc). It takes a few seconds to a minute to complete and does not change his base DNA patterns (meaning: even if changed, his blood work would still be his own). Being knocked unconscious or killed does not cause the change to revert, but it can happen without conscious thought (Sylar changes in his sleep at times). Sylar gains the ability to shape shift into someone by direct contact with their skin.

(1) I will obtain player permission before Sylar shapeshifts into anyone in game. If, however, you would like to blanket/completely deny Sylar the ability to shapeshift into your character, please comment here.

NEW ABILITIES

In regards to obtaining new abilities: He is able to acquire new abilities by his standard method (cutting peoples' heads open and poking around their brains), understanding that this would not be a common occurrence. He may only obtain abilities when those abilities fit with the science of the Heroes canon, meaning the ability must be genetically based and primarily human (i.e. he may be able to learn the basics of Storm's powers, but not Nightcrawler's due to the differentiation of Nightcrawler's genetic makeup; not the Hulk, for same reasons; not Harry Potter, because magic; not Superman, because alien; etc).

(2) Sylar has the ability to gain new abilities from characters if they are genetically based and humanoid. Obviously I will obtain player permission for any attack/murder/power obtaining before an instance of it. If you would like to blanket/completely deny Sylar the ability to gain your character's power (and they fit the above criteria), please comment here.
